Every website has problems from time-to-time which can be frustrating. Here is where we stand on fixing websites:
If the hosting service is the cause of the problem:
If the issue has occurred because of the hosting service, we will look into the issue and get the problem fixed as soon as possible. Please open a support ticket and we will jump on it for you.
If the problem is accidental caused by you:
Accidents happen, we understand. Luckily, every website on our system is backed up on a regular basis, so we can restore a previous version for you. This will mean that you lose recent work you have done to your site though! - Simply open a support ticket for help.
Your website has been hacked:
If your website has been hacked, we can restore a recent backup for you, however, you will need to ensure your website and plugins are up to date and make sure the security flaw has been patched. Please open a support ticket as soon as you spot the problem and mark it as "High Priority" to be sure it's dealt with as quickly as possible.
There's another problem with the website, can we fix it?
Whilst website development is not generally something we do, we are experienced in the field. This is would be a chargable service, quoted and carried out on a case-by-case basis. We cannot promise that we will be able to fix your issue and would usually ask you to speak with your website developer. You can still open a support ticket and ask us to look at your issue anyway.
